What is NOCEI?
The Network of CALABARZON Educational Institutions (NOCEI) Inc. is a non-stock,
non-profit corporation and collaboration among private and public educational institutions in the Philippine provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon. The network caters to concerns at both the basic and higher levels of education. Thus, institutions which offer either or both these levels of education are welcome to become members.
The Network of CALABARZON Educational Institutions (NOCEI) was first formed as early as 1996 as a loose organization of schools with the primary objectives of forming partnerships between educational institutions in the region; fostering friendship and camaraderie between administrators, faculty and staff of these institutions; creating development programs to help uplift the state of education in the region; and refocus institutional goals away from competition into collaboration and sharing of resources.

The network has set upon itself the vision of collaboration instead of competition among member schools. MISSION
Unify and strengthen each member, share resources, be a voice in the CALABARZON and be an instrument for the advocacy of relevant issues. ..
With the purpose of establishing collaboration among the member schools in terms of academics, research, culture and sports, Committees were instituted to focus on each areas and respond to the changing needs of the member schools. The committees include:
NOCEI holds annual General Assembly focusing on different themes each year with the aim of fostering collaboration among member schools. The Board of trustees regularly meet to plan and discuss activities and projects. The committees initiate programs and activities on a yearly basis towards collaboration and improvement in research, community extension, library resources, human resource development and culture and arts.
